kAmp will be a US based business that will run out of the 25 South Main Street Office, Suite A, Homer City, PA 15748.
kAmp will be in the business of building A-Frame Structures for sale or rent as AirBnBs on unique and peaceful locations throughout the PA region of the country. (Global – Possible???)
kAmp will operate with Richard Brown, a Partner and Principal Owner, acting as President & CEO, and (1) Active Partner operating as the Principal Owner and all will serve in VP roles within the company if so desired and (2) Silent Partners acting as their names imply. It is understood that all profits on THEIR shared properties and houses will be a shared split. This is ALL negotiable.
